Foot Reflexology training, Mireille Meunier

Following a training of “Heilpraktiker” in Germany, and many years of experience, Mireille Meunier refines his practice of plantar reflexology by associating the principles of Chinese energy. This is the method she teaches today to her students.

Mireille Meunier is the author of several books.

She is also the initiator of the FFR (fédération française des Réflexologues).

And it is with great pleasure that I followed this very rewarding training.

Foot massage training at Wat Po in Thailand

In order to complete my knowledge and my technique, I went to Thailand to take a plantar reflexology course according to traditional Thai medicine. It was at Wat Po Bangkok that I attended classes.

It is a protocol descending from the tradition of the Thai “father of medicine”, Dr. Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha.

Today

I now practice as a reflexologist between Trégor and Morlaix near the town of Plestin-les-Grèves.
